Meet the Team Tuesday! 🏡✨

Today, we are incredibly excited to introduce you to our Sales & Marketing Manager, David!

David has a backstory that’s anything but ordinary. He originally moved to Okinawa, Japan in 2007 with the US Army. After serving, he fell in love with the island life and stayed for 17 years! While over there, he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees online through the University of Memphis (Go Tigers!)💙.

In 2024, he and his family made the big move back to Tipton County, and we lucked out having him join the D&D Homes family. For David, selling homes isn’t just a job. He loves being part of such a monumental, life-changing step for our buyers.

Outside of the office, you can find him restoring vintage 2-stroke motorcycles, tending to his garden and practicing the art of bonsai, or spending quality time with his wife and two sons.

Meet Jenny, our Lead CAD Designer!

Jenny joined D&D Homes in October 2025 after spending four years as a senior design drafter. With over 5 years of experience in both commercial and residential development, she specializes in creating detailed construction drawing sets, site plans, brochures, and bringing architectural concepts to life through precise, compliant designs using Revit and AutoCAD.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Design from Southwest Tennessee Community College and plays a huge role in helping turn ideas into beautifully designed homes for our clients. 🏡

When she’s not designing, Jenny enjoys spending time with her two daughters, hiking, and working on DIY projects! 💛
