🔧 WE'RE HIRING: Injection Molding Mechanic ⚙️
Looking for a hands-on role in a state-of-the-art facility supporting medical research and biotech innovation? Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution is looking for a skilled, self-motivated Injection Molding Mechanic to join our team!
We currently have openings for both 1st and 2nd Shifts (Hourly).
🛠️ What You’ll Do
As the shift point person for machine and mold maintenance, you will keep our production running smoothly and efficiently to meet strict quality control standards. Your day-to-day will include:
Installing, disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and polishing molds.
Performing general machine/mold preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Conducting in-process inspections using engineering drawings and quality specs.
Partnering with the Production Manager to keep high-priority scheduled runs on track.
📋 What We’re Looking For
Experience: Direct experience with Injection Molding (knowledge of Polystyrene and Polypropylene processing is a big plus!).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, great time management, and a team-first attitude.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Bonus: Experience in medical cleanroom or labware production environments.
