This "arts and crafts" style historical restoration is located directly on the parade route in Bristol, RI. We were able to replicate many of the original details of the house, while using modern, maintenance free materials. Many of the floors and other features of the house were restored in order to maintain the character of the house, despite a complete structural and finish remodel.

Starting to look like something!

This is an example of a very creative renovation of a contemporary, ranch style house on a very private road in Bristol. Despite the many challenges of working with the existing frame and structure of the house, we were able to achieve the look and feel that our customers were looking for !

This condo renovation in the North Farm condo association came out very nice. It features custom mahogany railings, a unique granite faced fireplace and a large, open kitchen and bar area. We completely rehabbed the entire two story condo which contains two full kitchens, a very large office/library among many other features not typical in the surrounding condo units.

This house on Mare Terrace, in Portsmouth RI has some amazing views !
