If you have off-road equipment such as agriculture or construction 🚧 that is diesel, are you using on or off-road diesel?

In RI there is 64 cents of road excise tax per gallon added on, in MA it is 48 cents per gallon. So if you are using diesel from the pump for your non road diesel equipment you are wasting a lot of money when you could be utilizing off road diesel (red dyed).
