Gone but not forgotten. Beadrolled on 3003 Aluminum, bed lined, brass inserts, dimples fastener holes, and an all black finish.
Art is where the passion is. Larger projects fill the bank. It’s about time I get back to the creative side.

Been over 7 years since I built my dually. 2017 Ram 2500 (short bed dually conversion). One of my favorite customizations on my vehicles is a shaved tailgate w/ custom opening mechanisms to eliminate the ugly handle flip kits.
In this case. I shaved the recessed Ram emblem and the tailgate handle. Modified the opening mechanism to “rotate” and welded on a socket like adaptor so you open the tailgate with an Allen wrench. The opener is nearly hidden and works like a charm.

Quick little radiator cover for Poppy's Patina shop truck before Starbirds Custom Car Show next weekend.

Request was just something quick to cover the radiator, and maybe pull in the fins of the supercharger into the beadrolling design.

18 ga. steel.
(5) pieces all welded together.
Ready for paint!

Mobile jobs are always challenging, but this one turned out nice and clean!
