It looks like the ❄️ is over but the extremely cold 🥶 temps are still here few a few days. As we warm up you may start to notice water in places it shouldn’t be and if you do I’m here to help you get everything back to normal without having to stress about repairs & emptying your bank account.

Reminder for the upcoming weather…

1. Unhook all hoses from outside faucets. (Make sure they are turned completely off and are not dripping when off)
2. Open cabinets where sinks are to allow heat in.
3. Turn faucets on to a steady stream. If faucets are 2 handled turn on both hot & cold.

With these extremely cold temps that are rolling in remember to do a few small things to prevent yourself from having to spend possible $$$ in the future.

Detach any hoses from outside faucets. Make sure that outside faucets are not dripping when off. If they are get them repaired. As long as they aren’t dripping by or have a hose connected they are good to go.

Leave any cabinets with water that are on the outside walls open to allow some heat in there to prevent those lines from freezing.

Turn any faucets on outside walls on with a slow steady stream… thick as the end of a pen.

Good morning!! I just wanted to get a quick message out reminding everyone that our temps are just a few days out from dropping into the colder side so don’t forget to unhook those hoses from outside faucets. If you do unhook the hose and notice your faucet dripping it’s generally an easy cheaper fix and 9 out of 10 times don’t have to be completely replaced. You can always reach out to me for this issue or any other plumbing related or construction related problems from demos to clean outs and haul offs, remodels to room additions, and anything in between.
