You’ll just have to take my word for now because the teenager didn’t take any after pictures. 🤦‍♀️ This will be about a month long job, so hopefully I will have more to share if RJ’s friends are interested in after pics.

Got the ceiling tore out and everything leveled up today. If the weather acts right tomorrow, we will wrap this up. Next week we will finish up the huge fence, and then it will finally be time to get the house in Bronson looking like a home instead of a tunnel.

Working on pulling and replacing the ceiling of the porch on the little Broaddus house. Found some pretty neat things in the process today.

These past couple of weeks have been full of putting posts in the ground for a huge wooden fence, building porch railings and gates, helping one of our regulars with odd jobs, and going back and forth with Allstate for the giant hole in the Bronson house (I’ll leave my commentary of that process for a later date).

Before and afters of the little house in Broaddus. We tore off and replaced the old siding, replaced the windows, added new insulation, moved the back door, and rebuilt the hot water heater closet. Next for this house we are going to level up the porch/carport roof and replace the ceiling all while dodging wasps.
