Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Accounts Payable clerk to work 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday with an hour lunch at noon. Must possess a strong work ethic and willingness to be professional, positive and helpful.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Pick up mail at the post office daily. Prepare mail for delivery.
• Handle incoming and outgoing UPS and Fedex shipments daily.
• Scan and index accounting and job file documents daily.
• Must be able to organize and file. Maintain our job files and accounting files.
• Ability to work with office and drafting staff, as well as upper management, to ensure all documents are scanned, indexed and filed away in a timely manner so they are available when needed.
• Match receiving documents with Accounts Payable invoices correctly and efficiently.
• Work in various modules of our ERP system (Global Shop Solutions).
• Work in Microsoft Office 365 (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Other duties as assigned.
Receptionist Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Prior experience preferred.
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and cross train with other co-workers.
