Stage 4 is Complete! ✅🏗️🔨

It’s been one long, busy week, but we got it done! 💪 The garage is framed up, and the roof is officially on!

This stage took a lot of hard work, teamwork, and some heavy lifting! One of the bigger challenges was installing the massive 24-inch LVL beams for the garage door header. These beams were no joke, and we’re sure glad we had the skid steer on site to help get them lifted into place! Having the right equipment makes all the difference when tackling a job like this.

From standing walls and setting those heavy headers to getting the roof framed and covered, it’s been a week full of progress. There’s nothing better than seeing a project go from a foundation to a full structure standing tall!

A lot of planning, long hours, and hard work went into getting this garage to this point, and we’re proud of how it’s coming together!

Another major milestone checked off the list!

Stage 3 is Complete! ✅

The foundation has been successfully backfilled and compacted, with a layer of ¾-inch crushed stone installed and leveled.

The site is now prepared for the next phase: pouring the concrete slab and beginning structural framing!

A big thank you to Pine River Sand & Gravel for supplying us with quality ¾-inch crushed stone to help get the job done right!

Another milestone completed, and we’re excited to see this project continue to take shape! 💪

Stage 2 is underway on this 22’ × 40’ garage addition in Ossipee, NH!

All concrete footings and foundation walls are in and ready to be stripped and backfilled. In just under a week, we were able to get this foundation installed and ready for the next phase.

Stage 1 of our 22’ × 40’ garage addition in Ossipee, NH is underway.
