Major rot repair and adding a sloped roof to replace the existing flat roof. All the components were there to have prevented this years ago. Not sure if it was F@&$ it  Friday or lack of experience or just no quality control.  The first two photos show why so much carnage. The first photo is against the building the second photo is at the carport.
