Now is literally the perfect time to buy. Builders have not kept up with the demand that will come when interest rates drop. In fact, supply in many areas is falling already. Remember 2021-2022 when people were paying significantly more than list price because there were multiple offers? That is where we are headed when interest rates drop.

Our last custom? Maybe. Maybe not, but it deserved a spot on the gram regardless. Building for the Landbergs was such a pleasure and we hope they enjoy their new vacation home with their children and grandchildren for many years to come. Thank you for trusting us with this project. 🏠
