ZVI Construction, LLC. partnered with the Italian shoe company Vibram to complete their new research and design facility in the heart of Boston University. The design / build project was a complete renovation of an abandoned restaurant and included structural improvements and a new fire protection system.

ZVI Construction, LLC. and South Middlesex Opportunity Council - SMOC completed the transformation of the 28,000 square foot Suburban Athletic Club into the new Framingham Community & Cultural Center. The 5-month, fast-paced project was a complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing “Butler Building” and included the addition of an elevator, the addition of a sprinkler system, the addition of 10 new bathrooms and all new MEP/FA systems including a 30 ton RTU. The project provides educational, community, recreational and cultural benefits to the residents of Framingham. The project was completed on-time and on budget during the COVID pandemic and ZVI Construction was honored to be part of such a fantastic team of professionals!

The team at ZVI Construction, LLC.. recently completed this detailed renovation and expansion project at Follen Community Church in Lexington, MA! The work focused on renovations to the office, meeting and community space at the rear of the property as well as a newly upgraded ADA compliant entrance. Other enhancements included elevator service, new HVAC systems, energy efficient materials / design and a new roof deck. Let us know what you think!

A few years back, we did electrical contracting for the New England College of Optometry. Working with ZVI Construction, LLC., an old row building was converted into a student life center, making sure to preserve all of the historical architecture while incorporating brand-new electrical infrastructure. What a fantastic finish!

The team at ZVI Construction, LLC. recently completed this stunning renovation at a local café situated in Davis Square, Somerville. The project featured interior renovation that involved relocating the service area, upgrading the electrical and plumbing systems, installing new finishes, and redesigning the front façade. The project was completed in March 2022.
