Sunburst Plastics Inc. was established in 1982. We are a custom vacuum forming and fabricating job shop unique to our field because of our ability to maintain close tolerances, high quality and on-time production schedules. Some of our customers come with complete drawings ready to manufacture and others with just a hand-drawn sketch, or even just an idea in mind. We can help design your part and

help figure out the best material for the most efficient manufacturing. We also have in-house tooling and mold making capabilities, so your product can be completed using just one vendor. We use a variety of methods to fabricate plastic, including vacuum forming and straight-line bending. We also perform most secondary operations necessary to complete your project. These include: sawing, routing, drilling, deburring, bonding, assembly, cleaning and packaging. We offer start-to-finish capability. Sunburst Plastics is a small family owned and operated company with very dedicated employees. This translates into terrific customer service, rapid turn-arounds on delivery requirements and great flexibility in scheduling to meet your needs.
