CDA is proud to announce the completion of a new custom 82,000 sq.ft Commercial and Community Service building. The building has numerous setbacks to reduce its bulk appearance. Situated on a corner lot the building maximizes its facade exposure with vast expanses of glass. Valet parking exists on a integral second floor covered garage within the building complex. Hopefully the building's aesthetics will make it a nice addition to the neighborhood!

We have completed the design development stage and are waiting to move into the contract documents stage. CDA is proud to announce securing a preliminary zoning map change for 3033 Avenue V, which will allow this site to be developed with 88 Class A residential apartments over a first floor retail store development. Affordable residential units will represent 25% of new apartments.

We are the architects for a new mixed-use development at 2510 Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.
CDA is happy to announce we have cleared stage 1 review and approval by City Planning Commission for re-mapping the subject property. Presently, the site is an owner-occupied used car sales lot with accessory auto service uses. We look forward to breaking ground on the construction of this building in the near future.

2799 Coney Island Avenue Brooklyn, NY, designed by CDA, is now completed and has reached full occupancy. The commercial building accommodates medical offices and a daycare center within its four stories. The 16,000 SF new building is located in the FEMA flood zone, which leads to a design incorporating a raised ground level with parking and a dry-floodproofed cellar level.
Facing West, the facade design facilitates angled reinforced brick panels to partially block the low-angled sun exposure, while allowing Northern daylight to reflect into the interior spaces.

CDA is pleased to announce the completion of 2784 Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The small 18,000 SF bespoken building includes retail, business offices, medical offices, and a private school.

Corporate Design of America, P.C. is pleased to announce that 1938 Coney Island Avenue has achieved full occupancy. The project was a 7-story retail, commercial offices, and community services blend of approximately 36,000 S.F. An interesting note is the recent inclusion of a small Jewish synagogue in the lower level of the building.
