This one took a little longer than expected of course delays on engineers approvals but everything is up and running just a few ends to clean up 3 floors 3 condensers & 17 indoor units -3 separate Lg heat recovery systems . .espoo my guy getting things done with me

Just a few photos from a job we are just wrapping up . One condenser on the 16th floor roof that handles 16 indoor units on the 12th floor (2) wall mounts and (14) 4 way cassettes also set them up for two future units once the customer takes the space next door . getting things done

After two years of hard work and dedication our first service van and technician are ready to hit the road. I have worked two jobs for the last two years and literally put work in front of everything if you’re not ready to sacrifice it all the road to success isn’t for you . It will tear you apart and beat you down but as along as you get back up and keep up the fight you will see progress and there is nothing more rewarding then seeing your hard work pay off and start to see what can be . I lost many along the way but if you’re serious about your dreams that’s to be expected. We are ready to kick off the 2023 season and prepared for what’s to come.

We have our first maintenance/ service agreement signed . We were awarded this contract even though a union shop under cut us by more then half our number. The owners of this building are entering a lawsuit with the installing contractor and have seen our work and the reports that follow and decide to go with us even though we were the highest bid out of all 3 . Moral of the story know your worth and stick to your numbers

This system put up a good fight but we won in the end . This was a leak check and repair on a system that handles the whole 6th floor and two apartments below it on 5&4 . We attacked this job by installing isolation ball valves on all three lines on each floor and pressure tested in sections and was able to find the leak on the 4th floor of this 10 story building . Prior contractor put dye in the system and was unable to find it and quoted them to replace all the piping come to us for all your VRF needs

We would like to share some progress photos of a project we have been working on . This is a 3 story office building with 3 heat recovery Lg systems totaling 72 indoor units we are also handling the ERV which handles the fresh air for the building the duct work is being done by a 3rd party . We are very excited for the completion of this project and the start of many more to come !

Come down to Come Prima Ristorante for an amazing dinner sometime our friend Sal will take care of you . We found 4 systems not working properly. We came in and replaced the defective boards on indoor and outdoor units and got all the systems back online Americanvrf.com

We took on a Daikin install gone terrible wrong. These two systems were installed for a little over a 100K and they left the customer with systems that never operated . We came in and corrected ALL the incorrect wiring and got both systems up and running. Mind you 4 other contractors recommended installing a brand new system because they couldn’t repair the systems Americanvrf.com
