🚧 Two Weeks. A Completely Different Landscape. 🚧
Just 14 days ago, this space was a 10,000+ square foot courtyard parking lot.
Today, the transformation of the future elementary playground at Open Door Christian Schools is well underway.
Over the past week, the teams from Contract Network Services and M.L. Scott & Sons, working in support of General Contractor J.L. Moore, have made tremendous progress on the ODCS 2.0 Playground Project:
✔️ Removed over 10,000 square feet of existing concrete and asphalt
✔️ Excavated and hauled away approximately 250 cubic yards of material
✔️ Relocated existing underground utilities and addressed failing downspout drains uncovered during excavation
✔️ Began installing new underground storm drainage infrastructure and catch basins to address current and future needs
✔️ Imported over 200 tons of stone
✔️ Completed rough grading for the next phase
What was once a parking lot is quickly becoming a place where children will run, explore, build friendships, and create memories for years to come.
At Contract Network Services, LLC, we take great pride in the work we perform—but projects like this remind us that the greatest part of construction isn’t just the equipment we operate, the materials we install, or the earth we move.
