Crimson velvet embroidered with gold griffins. Part of what made the Jersey City movie palace iconic.

Our studio artists are bringing those legendary drapes back, applying hand-painted decor to replicate the originals.

Zeiterion Restoration Recognized with Legacy Award 🥇

Preservation Massachusetts recognized the recent revival and transformation of the historic vaudeville hall into a contemporary multi-venue cultural destination with the 2026 Legacy Award.

This honor celebrates the collaborative effort with Colantonio and Wilson Butler Architects to revitalize one of New Bedford’s most treasured landmarks. Congratulations to the entire Zeiterion project team!

"Last Call" At The Paramount 🎭

If you're in Austin, TX on Monday, don't miss the Open House and extended Happy Hour on the theatre's last day of operation before it closes for an 11-month restoration project.

The invites visitors to explore the historic venue and view restoration work that is already in progress.

One of the highlights will be a rare opportunity to see the historic 1915 fire curtain on display, which is believed to be among the oldest surviving original fire curtains in the country.

Honored to be part of the team that get the Tampa Theatre ready for the 100 year celebration and restore it for its next chapter!

Tampa's first air-conditioned building is getting a well-deserved refresh. Built in 1926, the Tampa Theatre is undergoing a $24.5 million restoration of its auditorium along with the addition of a new education wing as it approaches its 100th birthday. You know most of us will need a facelift by 100, too. Great progress by Creative Contractors Inc and EverGreene Architectural Arts .

One of the highlights of the tour was a rare opportunity to climb $1 million scaffolding to get close enough to touch the ceiling that generations of moviegoers have only admired from below. Seeing a century of craftsmanship up close was something none of us will forget.

A huge thank you to Léa Van Name for hosting Team InVision and several of our friends on two incredible behind-the-scenes tours. It's exciting to watch Tampa’s history being preserved for the next 100 years.

Join colleagues in historic preservation for a docent-led tour of Philip Johnson's modernist Glass House, a National Historic Landmark.

This immersive 2.5-hour experience explores the full campus designed between 1945–48. A rare opportunity to experience the site as a complete composition—architecture, art, and environment in dialogue.

EverGreene is proud to have supported the preservation of this architectural masterpiece with emergency stabilization and asbestos abatement several years ago.
