This apartment was not renovated in the last 18 years. Complete renovation done.Interior of the building, complete apartment, plaster, tape, prime and painted doors, walls, ceilings, baseboards, closets. Removed the existing carpet from the living room. Demoed the tiles flooring from the kitchen and dining room. Installed new plywood. Installed new luxury Vinyl flooring. Installed new baseboards. Installed new door locks. Regrouted the tiles backsplash in the kitchen. Installed new magnets on the cabinet doors and closets. Installed a new marble saddle in the bathroom. Installed a new fan in the dining room.

Interior of the building, complete bathroom, walls, ceilings, door, primed and painted. Installed a new medicine cabinet. Regrouted tiles floor, tiles walls, and shower.

Exterior of the building, facade, entry door, remove the existing wooden doors and install new heavy duty weatherproof steel doors, frame and hinges.

Exterior of the building, 720 Court St, brick wall had large cracks. Grinded and pointed the brick joints and waterproof the complete wall.

Exterior of the building, 375 Johnson Avenue, Netflix building, stucco wall, had several large cracks. Repaired the cracks with wire mash and applied 2 coats of Stucco. And waterproofed the complete wall.

Exterior of the building, rear side, CMU wall, grinding and pointing the CMU joints and waterproof complete wall top to bottom with Thorocoat cement and concrete bonding. Install new plywood and caping.

Interior of the building, Netflix studio, Stucco wall was in very bad condition. Installed bricks. Demolition of old stucco walls. Installed wire mesh, applied 2 coats Stucco and painted the wall.

Exterior of the building, brick wall, grinded the brick joints 100% top to bottom and replaced the loose and missing bricks. Pointed the complete wall top to bottom with waterproofing cement and concrete bonding.
