🚧 WE’RE HIRING – CONSTRUCTION SITE FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR 🚧
NYCM Construction & Development is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Foreman / Supervisor to join our team.
We have several exciting ground-up construction and gut renovation projects throughout New York City and are seeking a strong field leader who can manage projects from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
✅ Daily site supervision and coordination
✅ Managing subcontractors and all trades onsite
✅ Reading and coordinating construction drawings
✅ Scheduling and project progress tracking
✅ Material takeoffs, ordering, and delivery coordination
✅ Site safety, quality control, and inspections
✅ Running site meetings and maintaining project documentation
✅ Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants
Requirements:
✔ Strong construction management and field experience
✔ Ground-up construction and gut renovation experience
✔ Ability to run projects independently
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Knowledge of NYC construction practices and regulations
