Project we just wrapped up in floral city. 40x60x16 pole barn with 2500 sqft of driveway making it a total of almost 5,000sqft. We did all the site prep and cut in the swales eliminating the need for dirt. By cutting into the small hillside and and moving dirt to build the site pad, this let us place our finish floor 22” lower than bringing in dirt to make a building pad.

The barn is being built by Patriot Pole Barns and is going to look absolutely awesome once it’s done!
