HVAC Telephone Sales Representative – Part-Time (3 Days/Week)

We’re looking for a strong phone salesperson who knows how to close over the phone and can help grow our maintenance agreements, system sales, and promotional offers.
What You’ll Do
Man the phones 3 days per week (schedule flexible within business needs)
Make outbound cold and warm calls to existing and prospective customers
Sell HVAC maintenance programs, system replacements/upgrades, and current promotions
Handle inbound sales and service inquiries professionally
Qualify leads, overcome objections, and set appointments or close sales directly
Follow up consistently and keep accurate notes
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience selling (preferably over the phone)
Excellent phone presence — clear, confident, professional, and persuasive
Ability to sell maintenance agreements, HVAC systems, and promotional packages
Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling
Reliable and organized
