Complete Packaging Solutions is hiring a full time Thermoforming Setup Operator!
Starting pay $18.50/hour up to $25/hour based on experience.
Qualified Individuals will need to meet the following requirements:
· Basic Mathematical skills
· Read, Write, and understand English
· Mechanical skills
· Trouble Shooting Skills
· Work comfortably in a team environment
· Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed to support customer requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Set-up and operate thermoforming machine safely and efficiently. •Read production drawings, identify production tooling components, set up production tooling to meet or exceed established set up times and meet or exceed established machine speeds.
•Identify quality issues and take corrective actions.
•Physical Demands- Lifting up to 50 Lbs.- Stand, squat, bend, reach, lift, push. Work on and around manufacturing equipment.
Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train candidates that meet the requirements posted above.

Exciting things have been in the works here at Complete Packaging.

We were recently given the opportunity to design and manufacture a PMS color matched (locally sourced raw material from Primex Plastics) plastic PDQ tray for a global adhesive manufacturer that is right here in the Tri-State area, The Gorilla Glue Company!

The team thought it was the perfect time to incorporate a FOURTH local business, Skyline Chili (Dave Deddens), for a plant lunch to show our appreciation to the team members in production for their diligence and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
