Framing goes fast when the base is level and solid. If the floor underneath isn't flat or the slab has settled unevenly, every wall fights you. Studs rack, corners drift, and you spend more time shimming than building.

We bring the foundation and subfloor to tight tolerances before any framing starts. When that's dialed in, the walls go together clean and the house holds its shape long-term.
