Axe Roofing, LLC was proud to be apart of this unique, private farm residence renovation. Energy efficiency was a primary goal. Due to lack of attic space, R48; foil faced insulation was added above deck. A two step fascia over frame with a perforated 1 piece wrap created an air channel flowing out the vented ridge. Sheffield Metals International 1.5" mechanical seam was installed for the final roof covering. The air channel maximizes the insulations efficiency and will provide comfort for years to come.

These 1970's condo buildings were experiencing leaks all throughout the community with many of the roofs being original. The cut up design and lack of slope in the framing required a tapered insulation system to move water to the drains. Axe Roofing, LLC installed GAF - Roofing TPO system. This community is ready for a rainy spring!

This 1970's apartment complex was originally constructed with balconies over insulated living space. Over the years several waterproofing systems have failed causing multiple leaks and challenges. Axe Roofing, LLC was hired to install a fully adhered EPDM membrane roofing system with Mule-Hide Productss walkable pavers. The combination will keep the balconies water-tight while giving the residents a usable, durable finished surface to enjoy.
