Relax in thoughtfully designed picnic areas and shelters, while upgraded site lighting extends your fun into the night. Indulge in hammock moments with specially installed posts. Our landscape and irrigation ensure lush surroundings that inspire leisure and community spaces. The park is located at the intersection of South Powhaton Road and South Wheatlands Parkway in Aurora. We also teamed with the Owner to aid in the construction of urban soccer fields across from the park at the new YMCA.

Richdell Construction is installing the climbing wall at O’Brien Park for the Town of Parker. O’Brien Park is an existing park located off Main Street and Victorian Drive in Parker, Colorado. The project improvements include removal of the existing playground, and replacement with a new inclusive playground. Site improvements include concrete paving, new playground equipment, shade structures, climbing wall, playground surfacing (artificial turf and poured-in-place), fencing, electrical, irrigation and landscaping. Construction will be complete by the end of November.

Post tension concrete basketball courts are being poured at Wheatland’s Park in Aurora. With the addition of basketball courts, the new construction will also have co****le courts, a concrete ping pong table, game tables, hammocks, adirondack chairs, and shelters.
