Complete Wireline Solutions is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team in Broussard. This role combines AP processing with front‑office support, helping keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Process vendor invoices, match POs/receipts, and prepare payments
Maintain accurate AP files and vendor records
Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Assist with new hire paperwork and HR documentation (as assigned)
Support office supply ordering and general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Accounts Payable preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and data entry
Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
Full‑time | On‑site in Broussard, LA
