We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and dispatch field personnel, trucks, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor job progress, schedules, and delivery timelines
• Respond quickly to operational changes and urgent requests
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and documentation
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (dispatch systems experience a plus)
• Previous oilfield or dispatch experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
