The good old days huh.

You turned the k**b and waited for that steady hum to kick in.

No screens lighting up. No beeps asking questions. Just that low, reliable sound that meant it was doing exactly what it was supposed to do.

Dinner cooking in the background, maybe the radio playing somewhere down the hall, and nobody thinking twice about whether anything would “connect” or “sync.”

Appliances in the 80s just WORKED.

You didn’t stand there wondering if it needed an update. You didn’t check an app to see if it finished. You trusted it. And then you went on with your life.

We all grew up in houses like that.

🎥❄️ REAL TALK FROM THE FIELD ❄️🎥

Let’s have an honest conversation…

We come across a lot of older AC systems with coils that are already rusted, worn out, and on their last leg. You can visibly see the corrosion — it’s not something that just happened overnight.

Then a coil cleaning gets requested…

Here’s the reality most people don’t understand 👇

⚠️ When a coil is heavily rusted or deteriorated, it’s already compromised.
That means the metal is weak, thin, and sometimes barely holding pressure as it is.

So when it gets cleaned — especially the way it’s SUPPOSED to be cleaned —
💥 it can expose leaks that were already there or about to happen.

And no… the cleaning didn’t “cause” the problem.
It revealed the condition the coil was already in.

We always do our best to:
✔️ Inspect and point out visible rust or damage
✔️ Communicate the risks before starting
✔️ Be upfront and transparent about what could happen

But expecting a worn-out, rusted coil to handle pressure like a brand new one… that’s just not realistic.
