Meet Breann. She started on the Janitorial Staff, and moved her way up the ladder to become Maintenance Inventory Clerk. She built her career and skills HERE at Heartland Fabrication, and she knows a thing or two.

Meet Scott. He's a Supervisor here at Heartland Fabrication, and he's worked hard to get here. He may be inching toward retirement, but he's still got a lot of work to do.

Scott has a lot of experience, and leans on it while teaching the younger employees in his shop. He knows the ins and outs of welding, and the ins and outs of the problems younger welders have. He's ready for anything.
