We conduct numerous George energy code certifications, and for a batt fiberglass R30 in the roof and R13 in walls, this is quite satisfactory. This contractor took the time to properly air seal the envelope of the home.

Customer says ac not cool & water leaking all over the floor. Mind you another ac company has already been there and they couldn’t find why it leaking water in floor.
So I fixed what was wrong with the water leak and did a preventative maintenance to check why the ac not cooling. It was a little low on refrigerant looked for leak in system and ended up adding some dye.

Water been leaking into cabinet for a while, pulled evaporator coil and fan motor out, removed all old wet insulation. Installed new bubble wrap re-installed evaporator coil, fan motor leaked checked. Pored water in main drain to make sure everything draining properly. Also installed a new emergency pan and float switch.
