Small bathroom revamp. Flooring, toilet, faucet & light fixture. Kitchen sink faucet while I was there. Next is painting the cabinet and some new hardware for the doors, toilet paper holder & towel holder

Tried a pergola type deal to knock down the heat on this porch. Wasn’t user friendly so after some adjusting laid down some radiant barrier insulation and metal. Still lack trim and gutters
