Messer, an industrial gas facility, is slated to come to the area in 2027. It will produce gas for a wide array of companies in the area.

Another major road improvement project for the Brazos Valley starting June 26th with the widening of Hwy 21 from the Navasota River to Madisonville, including a new loop around North Zulch. Check out all the details here…

The proposed SH 21/US 190 West Madison County Widening Project would increase capacity from a two-lane undivided roadway to a four-lane divided roadway. The project area extends from 0.8 miles east of the Navasota River for approximately 20 miles to Martin Luther King Boulevard in Madisonville.

TxDOT Bryan District is studying the future I-14 Central Texas Corridor from Rogers in Bell County to Huntsville in Walker County. The study aims to determine a suitable route that meets interstate standards and supports broader efforts to develop I-14 as a continuous corridor from western Texas to Louisiana.

The study also evaluates the proposed future Loop I-214 around Bryan and College Station, which is expected to run alongside I-14 through the area.

Provide your feedback on this study at a come-and-go open house at Legends Event Center on Wednesday, July 17, from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Participants will be able to review project materials, ask questions, and leave written comments.
