New deck box for fam. We installed a new nozzle on the v6 and lost all layer lines. I'm really pleased with the quality on these. It looks like we're ready for production.

A few drum spacers for a fellow drummer and avid snare collector. I can't wait to see what he does with these. The specimens scattered up front are tests using different infill types. It's hard to find Silver TPU in stock but we got our hands on a roll directly from Zhoupu Filament in Hangzhou city. We really need more manufacturers over here pushing the filament envelope.

Project A25/TangBand W3-1873: Update!

We finished fine tuning Hephaestus yesterday and completed the second half of the first speaker box today. After printing the first half I noticed some layer inconsistencies and started tracking them down. That led to discovering the gantry was out of square. All worth it. The second half is true square instead of a slight parallelogram. So it's skewed about half a millimeter. I believe it can be corrected. We're printing the faceplate now and should have first audio by tomorrow!

Chronicles of Hephaestus: Gantry racked and loose belts
Over the past week I've been trying to complete one print. The other half of the speaker box. Looking back now I realize how fortunate I must have been to complete the first half. For it did give me the courage to continue on these few weeks. I've battled misaligned belts, x bars off by 2mm and all around lack of tuning up the belts after saturation. These all led to a long lesson learned about maintenance. Here's some pics from the battle.
