šŸ¤  A BIG MILESTONE FOR BROKEN SPUR WELDING! šŸ”„

Today marks an exciting milestone for Broken Spur Welding!

With the addition of another welder to our crew, we were able to work on THREE different jobs in ONE day! šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

From wellhead welding and heavy-duty pipe fabrication to custom pipe fencing, our team was hard at work across multiple job sites.

Building a small business takes dedication, long hours, and plenty of sacrifices. But seeing that hard work turn into growth makes it all worthwhile.

Weā€™re incredibly proud of how far weā€™ve come, grateful for the opportunities weā€™ve been given, and excited for whatā€™s ahead.

Three jobs. One day. One growing company. šŸ¤ šŸ”„

Hereā€™s to building something bigger, one weld at a time!

šŸ”„ 72 INCHES OF HEAVY-DUTY WORK! šŸ”„

When we say Broken Spur Welding handles jobs of all sizes, we mean it! šŸ’ŖšŸ¼šŸ‘Øā€šŸ

Hereā€™s a little behind-the-scenes look at one of our recent projects involving 72-inch steel pipe for an underground boring operation!

This is the kind of work that really showcases the experience, precision, and skill that go into industrial welding. Working with pipe this size is no small task, and weā€™re proud to have the knowledge and equipment to take on these larger projects.

At Broken Spur Welding LLC, weā€™re not limited to one type of welding. From residential fencing and custom fabrication to large-diameter pipe welding, underground boring projects, and industrial repairs, we love the variety of work this industry brings our way.

šŸ¤  Big pipe. Big projects. Same dedication to quality.

Weā€™re proud of the work weā€™re putting out and even more excited about the opportunities ahead!

šŸ¤ šŸ”„ A little update from Broken Spur Welding! šŸ”„šŸ¤

Weā€™ve been keeping busy, and the variety of projects coming our way is exactly what we love about this industry!

šŸ”© Fuel Station Repairs & Structural Fabrication: After a fuel station was damaged in an accident, we got to work rebuilding the damaged structure and installing a new steel shade structure overhead. Getting equipment and infrastructure back into working order is what we do!

āš’ļø Heavy-Duty Pipe Fabrication & Welding: Weā€™ve also been putting in work on some large-diameter steel pipe, cutting, fitting, and welding to get the job done. No two projects are the same, and thatā€™s part of what keeps things interesting!

From structural steel and custom fabrication to industrial repairs, piping, and heavy equipment, weā€™re proud to offer a wide range of welding services throughout Arizona.

Weā€™re continuing to grow, take on new challenges, and build a name for Broken Spur Welding LLC one project at a time. šŸ’Ŗ

šŸ“© Have a project that needs an experienced welder? Reach out! Weā€™d love the opportunity to earn your business.

A full circle moment for Broken Spur Welding šŸ„¹āš’ļø
Back in 2021, when we started our original company, C.R. Welding, this was the welding machine we started with.(shout out to the OGs)

Before Broken Spur Welding. Before the bigger jobs, the growth, the equipment and the crew weā€™re working toward today ā€” there was this machine.

We spent Saturday rebuilding her and getting her ready to go back to work, and the reason makes this feel even more full-circle.

Sheā€™s going back on Calebā€™s truck.

As we prepare to grow our crew and bring another welder on, the machine currently on Calebā€™s truck will be passed along for another welder to run ā€” and Caleb is going back to the machine that helped him start it all.

Thereā€™s something pretty damn special about that.

This machine helped start C.R. Welding in 2021. It helped put food on our table, build experience, create relationships and lay the foundation for what eventually became Broken Spur Welding.

Five years later, weā€™re not rebuilding it because weā€™re starting over.

Weā€™re rebuilding it because weā€™ve grown enough to need another welding rig. šŸ”„

So while another welder gets the machine Caleb has been running, the one that started this entire journey gets to come full circle and ride behind him again.

From C.R. Welding to Broken Spur Welding ā€” different name, bigger dreams, more equipment, more opportunitiesā€¦ but the same man behind the hood and the same machine that helped start it all. šŸ¤Ž

Welcome back, old girl. Weā€™ve got work to do. šŸ”„

Rain or shine, the rig still rolls. šŸŒ§ļøāš”ļø

Weā€™ve got an underground boring job on the schedule today, and Arizona apparently decided to keep us guessing. šŸ˜‚

We may get rained out. We may not. Either way, Broken Spur Welding showed up ready to work.

Sometimes running a small business means loading the equipment, hauling everything to the jobsite, getting muddy, watching the clouds roll in and hoping Mother Nature gives you enough time to get it done.

Because we canā€™t control the weather ā€” but we can control whether we show up. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Underground boring, pipeline & piping work, welding, fabrication, fencing, equipment repairs and more ā€” if it involves steel and getting our hands dirty, give Broken Spur a call. šŸ¤Žāš’ļø

A little behind-the-scenes at Broken Spur Welding šŸ”„šŸ§‘ā€šŸ

Thereā€™s something satisfying about watching a project come together piece by piece. From the first cut to the final weld, this is the kind of work we love doing.

Whether itā€™s a quick repair, custom fabrication, fencing, trailers, structural work, or a project that starts as nothing more than an ideaā€”weā€™re here to figure out how to build it and build it right.

Big job or small, the same standard applies: take pride in the work and donā€™t put our name on anything we wouldnā€™t stand behind.

Need something welded, repaired, or completely custom built? Give Broken Spur Welding a call and letā€™s see what we can do for you. šŸ¤ šŸ”„

šŸ”„ Something a little different coming out of Broken Spur Weldingā€¦

Weā€™ve been working on one of our own projectsā€”a custom utility trailer weā€™re setting up to pull double (or triple šŸ˜‚) duty for camping, hunting, and work.

The goal? Build something tough, practical, and set up exactly the way WE want it instead of trying to make a store-bought trailer work for us.

And that got us thinkingā€¦ why not build them for you too?

Need a hunting setup? Camping trailer? Jobsite/tool trailer? Something to haul your welder, generator, fuel, equipment or gear? We can fabricate a setup around what YOU actually need.

This one is still a work in progress, but sheā€™s coming togetherā€”and weā€™ll definitely be sharing the finished product. šŸ‘€šŸ”„

Have an old trailer youā€™d like rebuilt or an idea youā€™ve been wanting brought to life? Send us a message. We love the custom stuff.
