The 13th Annual Tri-Counties Apprenticeship Contest is officially in the books! 🔧

We’re so proud of every Apprentice who stepped up to compete and showcase their hard work, skill, and dedication. Events like this highlight the strength and future of our trade, and this year was no exception.

A huge thank you to our sponsors for their continued support, this event wouldn’t be possible without you. Your commitment helps us invest in the next generation of skilled trades professionals, and we truly appreciate it. We are excited to announce that UA Local 114 and the Santa Barbara County Pipe Trades Joint Apprenticeship Committee are now accepting applications for the Apprenticeship Program.

Applicants must apply in person by Friday, January 23, 2026 at 93 Thomas Rd., Buellton, CA 93427. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, show proof of High School Graduation or GED, Birth Certificate, Drivers License, Social Security Card and DMV Driver History Report. Qualified applicants will be tested on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

A huge congratulations to the winners of this year’s 17th Annual Mesothelioma Aim to Cure Shoot! 🏆

This year’s team was made up of Brothers Jim Davis, Charlie Carroll, Greg Hamon, and Gary McDermott. They showed outstanding skill, teamwork, and support for an important cause. Every shot fired helps raise awareness and funds for mesothelioma research and we are proud to be a part of it! 🇺🇸
