Project update 🏗️

Our Allan Block retaining walls in La Habra Heights are complete, now we’re moving into grading and export to finish opening up this hillside site.

Building the infrastructure behind modern logistics.

This week, Ortiz Construction Services kicked off the off-site demolition and grading at a 3-acre Industrial Outdoor Storage yard near the Port of Long Beach — the start of our second phase of work at this site for our client.

The scope covers concrete flatwork, asphalt, curb & gutter, site lighting, perimeter fencing, a modular office building, and redesigned ingress/egress approaches.

What we're especially proud of: Our client's current tenant is staying fully operational throughout construction. That takes careful sequencing and daily coordination and the team has handled it well.

It’s demo day! Removing existing damaged asphalt and replacing it with a new section of asphalt. With proper maintenance, this new parking lot will last for years to come!
