The OCS team started a new project at CSULB today. We’re handling on-site concrete improvements.

A good look at our industrial outdoor storage project in Long Beach, CA as we near completion. The OCS team and its project partners have given this site a major facelift.

Scope of work included new curb & gutter around the entire site, site lighting, new wrought iron fencing, and three new approaches with associated off-site improvements.

The OCS team was out in full force today. Final asphalt demo, grading, and the water service line all moving in precise coordination.
