Explore Mokon’s Xchange-Therm Systems for Industrial Process Applications

Mokon’s Xchange-Therm product line delivers high-performance temperature control solutions engineered for demanding industrial applications, including converting, food processing, medical, pharmaceutical, printing, semiconductor manufacturing, and more. The system also features a closed-loop design with a 2.1 gallon vented stainless steel expansion tank, all stainless steel wetted components, cooling via heat exchanger, and a pump VFD with convenient manual dial control mounted on the front panel.

Mokon’s Xtreme-Therm circulating water temperature control system—capable of reaching temperatures up to 250°F (121°C)—was custom designed for a composites application in a hazardous location. This unit is built for operation in Class I, Division 1, Group D hazardous locations and carries a T2 temperature code rating. All electrical components are housed within a NEMA/Type 4 rated enclosure for superior protection and are further safeguarded by an integrated “X” purge system.
