Another bathroom off the list! Tub to shower conversion full remodel completed in 7 days start to finish! Added an exhaust fan which they never had, corrected a bunch of plumbing and one fresh bathroom the customers are extremely happy with!

You wanna talk about a custom luxury bathroom with all the bells and whistles here it is! Curbless entry shower roughed in with a rapid recess kit since the subfloor was on I joists. Schluter shower pan with drypack extension. A TON of heat membrane throughout the walk in closet, bathroom floor and even the shower pan and bench are heated! A beautiful texture tile and fluted green subway tile came out flawless with a total of 47 miters on this job as the customer didn’t want any metal profile. All miters are epoxy, tile grouted with mapei ultra color FA and color match silicone. We were only drywall, tile prep and tile on this one but can’t wait to see the finished product when completed! If you’re in the market for a new bathroom or always wanted a custom luxury bathroom you know who to call!

Forgot to snag more pics on this one instead of videos but hopefully got enough to show how much work went into this place. Tons of demo, concrete wall removals, tons of floor grinding, thousands of sqft of tile, new framing, drywall, cook line build out and so much more! Yes we build year round whether it’s small or large projects! Custom reached out and sent an example photo of what they wanted built and we did exactly that! Back stairs were framed and installed Earl Grey fiberon composite decking, azek risers and vinyl railings for a maintenance free build! They also had an old beat up concrete stoop at the front of the home so we decided to build over it so they were able to install the same decking out front for a huge upgrade from crumbling sinking concrete and now maintenance free for years to come!
