4 INGREDIENT SWEET AND TANGY CHICKEN
Ingredients
8 chicken thighs You can use a whole chicken or other parts. We love thighs the best. And we want them on the bone with the skin
1 package dry french onion soup mix
1 8 oz bottle Russian dressing (I prefer Wishbone Russian dressing)
1 small jar of apricot preserves or about a cupful
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl.
Place chicken pieces in a baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper. No extra salt is needed.
Pour sauce over chicken and make sure it’s coated well.
Roast uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until chicken is done. Baste several times during cooking. This is the way the chicken will look when done.

I mean, its a jet, right?

The M-497 was a railcar test bed of the New York Central Railroad, developed and tested in 1966. It uses two General Electric J47-19 jet engines, the ones that the Convair B-36 "Peacemaker" used.

On July 23, 1966, the car reached a speed of 183.68 mph, an American rail speed record that still stands today.

2018 RAY FAGEN MEMORIAL AIRSHOW
GREATEST GENERATION CELEBRATION

Fagen Fighters WWII Museum and the Fagen family would like to thank the thousands of people who attended the 2018 Ray Fagen Memorial Airshow celebrating our Greatest Generation. We’re so grateful that once again, against all odds, the weather held for the entire show although we topped out at approximately 95 degrees! Despite the high heat and humidity, we experienced a greater turnout than our last airshow in 2015.
Thank you to all the pilots who performed during the airshow. Their flawless performances amazed the crowd. There was never a time without an airplane in the sky during the entire airshow.
We’d also like to thank our wonderful employees and the multitude of volunteers that helped to make this airshow happen!! A special thank you to all the emergency teams; the Granite Falls Ambulance Squad, the Granite Falls Fire Department, Maynard Fire Department, Area Technical Rescue, Life Link helicopter, Granite Falls Police, and the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s department.
As we get our pictures in order, we will be posting albums.
