This company was started for the residents of Western New York and once reinstated it shall go to those individuals that live in the city of Buffalo and the surrounding areas. 2024 will be the official relaunching of said company and I look forward to this company reaching the heights it was originally made to achieve. I am posting this to inform everyone on the current status regarding the status of this company. We have decided to put the company on a year long hiatus and momentarily shutdown operations to focus on the administrative, linguistics, and legal aspects as well as getting in line the core vision of running a successful company. INVASIVE AQUATIC PLANTS REMOVAL INITIATIVE: Hydrophytes and Macrophytes Industries Inc is reaching out to the local and eventually all of the Great Lakes residents that enjoy the lake’s scenery and boating for their help in removing the of this invasive species while bringing opportunities to Western New York. There are invasive plants in the lake and the surrounding shoreline that out compete with the local native plants and affect boating and other lake recreational activities. Plants such as Eurasian Milfoil, Common Reed (Phragmites) and othersother that should be taken out to let the waters return to it’s original balance. Please them to pre determined drop off area for the company. We are currently researching if we can put a monetary value on the aquatic and terrestrial plants to be given to the residents per pound. There will be flyers being passed out at local fishing spots, marinas, and bait and tackle shops. Thank you for your support and consideration.

I am working on host a fishing tournament to bring my 3 companies to the local anglers and conservationists in the Western New York area. If anybody has any ideals that will help me pull of such an event I am more than happy to listen to any productive and constructive criticism. These companies were made for the health of the Great Lakes for decades to come as well as bring jobs to the city of Buffalo. I post this particular information to show that we will have to find a way to pay our employees a wage that in the high taxes of New York comparable to stay there and grow roots for prosperous generations. I take the financial hit for my board of directors and employees.

MESSAGE FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS: it is no secret that I use social media to contact people on a larger scale that being said this message directly for the individual that I chose to be on my board of directors. After much personal deliberation and a level of research into each individual that I know would be an asset to the growth of my company I require them to you're aware of the following information. On the initial day of our first meeting I will need them to bring the people that will work directly under them to be introduced as people that will be working directly for them as well as 2 hours of the director time to go in the detailed regarding every aspect of the companies. The information is extremely detailed and I have to go into each component of the companies working structure. Individual that will be hired as the bookkeeper and secretary will also be introduced that day. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm announcing early that by the end of May each company among with this one that is located in Western, New York will have eight new individuals on the board of directors. I have chosen people on the fact that they live in Western New York and have an invested interest in the city the region and the success of that area. Each individual will receive 10% of my companies as well as a specific amount of shares of ownership. Facebook has awarded me the opportunity to survey and pick individuals that I know could actually make my companies grow to heights that they were initially created to exist. No man is the island, there's no way in the world I'll be able to take these companies to the next level without investing in people and their ability to network with other individuals that are also residents of Buffalo New York. I promised my parents that I would one day bring jobs back to that city and I have not giving up on that promise. I will be up there in May and in a month time we will start hiring people to fit positions that are required to help the company run efficient and and become prosperous. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: I was scheduled to arrive in Buffalo, New York on April 15th, but due to some timely and unforseen obstacles and circumstances I will have to push this initial directors and managers meeting back a few weeks when you're working to make everything legal and correct while finding paperwork for 3 years it takes time and I still have to make sure that everything is ready to be signed over. This will give each director allotted time to get their 3 to 5 people that they'll be working directly on their behalf and underneath them and also time to adjust to my eventually arrival. I will reschedule my trip to come after May 1st I appreciate the patience and understanding regarding the unfortunate change of events. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Well the countdown upon me at this moment and there's about a few more weeks to go and I'll touch down in Buffalo New York but before I get there I need to let it be known that I will be looking for two assistant to go with me when I leave to help me take care of business in other endeavor and other states I have a list of qualifications and requirements that I will be looking for that can help me with doing business in a more transient state.
