Plesh Contract Packaging President Michelle Plesh and Operations Support Specialist Annie Lasanta had a great time attending the MPower Tradeshow & Conference, connecting with high school students and introducing them to the exciting world of manufacturing.

From hands-on opportunities to the many career paths available, it’s important to show students that manufacturing offers a future full of possibilities. We’re proud to help spark curiosity, share our passion for the industry, and encourage the next generation of talent that will shape the future of manufacturing.

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible!

We brought a little extra excitement to the week with a company-sponsored Wheel of Fortune, giving employees the chance to spin and win prizes ranging from gift cards and company apparel to a Buffalo Bills football and even bonus PTO!

At Plesh Contract Packaging, our employees are the driving force behind everything we do. Their hard work, dedication, and teamwork keep our operations running smoothly every day, and we’re proud to take time to recognize all they do.

Thank you to our amazing team for keeping Plesh moving forward! We appreciate you this week and every week.

Manufacturing Week is all about celebrating the people who make it happen—and what better way to show our appreciation than with a company-sponsored cookout!

Roger, Jeff Jr., and Ron Jr. stepped away from their leadership roles and fired up the grill, serving hamburgers and hot dogs to our hardworking team. It’s a small way to say a big thank you to the employees whose dedication and hard work keep Plesh Contract Packaging moving forward every day.

We’re proud of our people and grateful for everything they bring to our team. Happy Manufacturing Week!

Manufacturing Week is all about celebrating the people who make it happen!

We’re proud to recognize a few key leaders of our manufacturing team, Michelle Plesh (President), Ron Plesh (VP of Engineering & Quality), and Erica Johnson (Operations Manager), whose dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence help keep Plesh Contract Packaging moving forward every day. Their leadership plays an important role in supporting our employees, strengthening our operations, and delivering for our customers.

This week, and every week, we’re proud to celebrate the people behind manufacturing!

We kicked off Manufacturing Week strong! 💪

Plesh Contract Packaging was proud to welcome the Real Life Rosies to our facility for a behind-the-scenes plant tour. This New York State pre-apprenticeship program helps prepare women for careers in advanced manufacturing, and we were excited to give participants a firsthand look at the people, processes, and opportunities that keep our industry moving.

Building a strong manufacturing workforce starts with creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and inspiring the next generation of industry professionals. Thank you to the Real Life Rosies for visiting us—we’re proud to support the future of manufacturing!

Stay tuned for our upcoming posts to see what else we’ve been up to during Manufacturing Week!

This Monday morning, our compounding team supervisor Andre brought the team together to review priorities, discuss safety and quality, and make sure everyone heard the same message before the work began.

A huddle may take only a few minutes, but the leadership behind it matters. It gives the team a chance to ask questions, raise concerns, and head into the week knowing what's expected and how their work connects to the team's goals.

Thank you, Andre, for making time to lead, listen, and set the team up for success—and to our compounding team for the care you bring to every batch.
