This is a public service announcement anf warning for anyone who has to file a homeowners insurance claim. Azalea environmental LLC is in the business of screwing over homeowners and trying to make it impossible to get insurance in the future somehow or another. They have positioned themselves as a preferred vendor for Allstate insurance but all the preferred vendor is is a company that will do the work cheap enough and just good enough to pass basic inspections and therefore save the insurance company money when you have a problem and need to file a claim this company is a scam. They scam people and they scam insurance companies. They do it with vague estimates and disclaimers, where they can sign you up for a contract that says X amount of dollars, and in the end double charge iton and I quote unforeseen circumstances and they get paid tens of thousands of dollars every day to do this. Beware of this company and beware of any preferred vendor anyone that shows up to your house after a catastrophe is just looking to screw you over and Azalea environmental is a perfect example.
