Commercial tile and terrazzo company seeking experienced office administrator/bookkeeper. Individual needs to be highly motivated, for a long term position, with a family owned construction company.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Review general contractor proposals & change orders
• Maintain bid list & workload
• Job billing & account receivables
• Weekly payroll & taxes, certified payroll
• Monthly, quarterly & yearly tax payments
• Maintain employee & sub-contractor files
• Obtain multi-state business licenses
• Maintain company insurance policies including CCIP reporting
Qualifications
• Must have excellent computer, organization and communication skills
• Experience with accounting software & proficient in excel
• Construction background a plus
• Familiarity with online plan room (not required)
• 2-5 years experience preferred
