One of our customers sent Mike home today with a Valentine gift for me. A delicious box of gourmet cherry cordials from the Alps shop in Beacon. He is just the kindest older gentleman and I couldn’t be more delighted with this sweet gesture.

We will be away this weekend in celebration of my 50th birthday. Obviously we didn’t expect it to be the coldest weekend ever when these plans were made. If you are having an emergency situation, you can call the office phone number. We have left a few referrals on the machine of companies that you could call in our absence.

So apparently there was issues with the phone today. I was able to speak with customers earlier when I was in the office, but when I left another person stated they had trouble getting through. I'm hear now and everything seems to be working fine. So I don't know. I will continue to monitor it. Best guess it that they were working on lines nearby. Hopefully you all should be getting either me or the voicemail.

Mike doesn’t usually appreciate when others just sit and stare at him while he is working, but in this instance he doesn’t seem to mind. Not sure how many cats this customer has but 2 of them are definitely interested in what he is doing with the boiler. 🐈
