Home is fully off grid with 60 solar panels, a geothermal HVAC system, and a rainwater reuse system.

Roofing and siding up next on the exterior with spray foam going on the inside before the drywall comes in! That raised balcony on the backside has a killer view can't wait to finish this outside!
