• Trusted company with strong brand recognition.
• Self-generate leads 20-30 hrs/week, plus 5-10 hrs for meetings and coaching.
• Training, coaching, and full-time project managers for support.

• Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, social media.
• Commit to daily canvassing, roof inspections, and occasional Saturdays.
• Potential earnings tied to effort and skills.
💼 Why Does This Position Matter?
• Help homeowners with roof needs, insurance claims, and financing.
• Build to the highest standards with comprehensive warranties.
🔍 Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide accurate estimates.
• Close sales, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with installation teams.
✅ Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in home services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
💰 Profit Sharing Model:
• Calculate gross profit deduct 15% fixed overhead, and allocate shares.
• 40% Net Profit for Direct Sales Rep.
• 10% Net Profit shared among Senior Project Managers. (If no project manager and you wholly work the job from end to end you get 50%)
