🔧 Now Hiring: CNC Programmer — Dexco Machining & Fabrication (Burlington, NC)
We're growing and looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to help keep our shop moving. Full-time, in-person.
What you'll do:
🔹 Write and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes
🔹 Set up, run, and fine-tune machines for high-quality parts
🔹 Work alongside our engineers and machinists
🔹 Inspect finished parts to spec
What we're looking for:
✔️ High school diploma/GED (Associate's in CNC or machine tool tech a plus)
✔️ CAM software experience + ability to read blueprints
✔️ Hands-on with CNC mills/lathes
✔️ Sharp attention to detail
