Ready for second floor walls!

On to the second floor of the triplex. Helping a friend out. 2 guys 3 weeks. Probably would had the roof on already but we had to stop framing to go side another house.

New front porch! ✅ Completely sealed in and critter proof. Copper post caps for the finishing touch! I really enjoyed working on this house totally transforming it. Started with a new roof, then all new cedar trim, fascia, soffit, porch ceiling, and shingles. Some faux stone around the foundation.

Just finished doing a lot of work to make this house beautiful. Started with a new metal roof. All new red cedar soffits, fascia, window and door trim. White cedar shingles. Finished the makeover with faux stone around the foundation. The customer was extremely happy with how it all turned out!
