Some signs are more than just markers, they're cultural icons. People road-trip to Cum-Park Plaza just to snap a photo with the sign and soak up the glory. Cobb Sign Company is thrilled to have crafted this legendary landmark.

Proud to be part of this project alongside other local, family-owned partners. When businesses rooted in their communities work together, the results speak for themselves. Thank you to Carolina Wholesale Sign Installation for their assistance installing this custom sign we fabricated for WORD Rock Drills.

Congratulations to WORD Rock Drills on their new home!

Employee Spotlight: Thank you, Bob!

33 years. 1,000+ storefronts. Countless memories.

Today we celebrate Bob. U.S. Coast Guard veteran, master fabricator, and the steady hand behind so many Cobb Sign projects since 1992. As an avid Ryobi fan he has amassed a collection that could stock a showroom.

This is Bob’s last day as a full-time teammate, but we’re not letting him sail off completely ⛵️—he’ll still be with us part-time while growing his side venture, Coastie Woodshop.

From arriving everyday at 7 a.m. to mentoring new hires, Bob’s reliability and craftsmanship have shaped our shop and our culture for more than three decades.

Bob, thank you for your service (both military and signage). Your legacy is literally lit up across the country every night.

➡️ Drop a note of appreciation or in the comments. Let’s send him off to his “semi-retirement” with a feed full of gratitude.

First impressions start at the curb.

We refreshed Vossers Orthodontics’ monument sign by replacing the old faces with CNC‑routed aluminum panels and internally illuminated acrylic letters topped with aluminum plates. By day it’s crisp; after dark the letters glow with a subtle back‑lit halo. This delivers instant curb appeal and easy wayfinding for new patients at the Burlington office.

If your practice’s sign could use the same update, let’s talk. A quick face‑lift can make a big smile before patients even walk in the door.

Fresh look, bright first impression.

We just installed this halo‑lit plate‑letter logo for Woodward Financial Advisors’ new Chapel Hill office.

• ¼‑inch brushed‑aluminum letters, CNC‑cut for crisp edges
• Custom LED halo lighting—soft glow that pops against the reclaimed‑wood
• Zero visible wiring for a clean, corporate lobby finish

Big thanks to the Woodward team for trusting Cobb Sign to bring their brand to life the moment clients walk through the door. If your reception wall could use the same instant credibility boost, let’s chat.

Fresh signage for fresh flavors! ✨ ️Cobb Sign is proud to partner with CAVA to bring sleek, modern wayfinding and storefront signage to life—guiding guests from curbside to counter with style and clarity.

We can't wait to venture back once it's open!
