Huge project finished out and loving the end result! The guard on this particular piece was by far the most labor intensive I've done. With almost an easy weeks worth of work into making the spheres for the quillions alone.

Just makes me admire the smiths of the 17th cen. all the more with the hilt on this sword being inspired from historical pieces.
